I made this svg to be a scrappage element so it is 12 inch by 4 inch, but it can be cut down to fit a Halloween card. I cut off part of the fence on either side of the cat, punched a circle for the moon, and layers on blue glitter paper. The cat on fence is this weeks freebie svg. Thanks for looking!
p.s. I meant to tell you that I think this will work so well on some other types of cards besides Halloween. Even just a fall card with pumpkins, etc. Again, thanks. Myrna
