Taking a break from gifts to make a quick card for a friend. I find it funny, but I do have a sick sense of humor. The circles are 1 3/8, 1.25 and 1 inch. The scarf is cut at 5 inch and the hat is 4 inch (both from Winter Woodland). The dog is from Stampin Up. Hope I made you smile :) Be back in a bit for todays gift project.
