Wow, I looked at my blog last night and realized it had been a month since I had done any crafting. I've actually spent the last month cleaning my craft room and weeding through the "need" and "might need someday" stuff. I can almost see the shelves again and I actually have some empty drawers (soon to be filled with Kindergarden homeschooling supplies). I decided to take advantage of the clean spot on the counter to make a card for mom -hopefully she's not reading this! I love frogs so I made this little one on my cricut. I used George (frog, flowers) and doodlecharms (basket ). I will attach the .cut file below. Final card size is 4.5 by 6.5. Some of the flowers were punched with regular punches (I'm trying to decided if I need to keep them or if they can be weeded out too). It helps to fut the basket on mounting foam/pop dots so that the frog and flowers can slip below. I used a bit of raffia for the tie, googlie eyes for the eyes, stickles for the centers of the flowers and small flower eyelets from SU. The coloring on the frog is just chalking and the mouth/nose was done with pencil. Have a Hoppy Day!
